Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per owner, he is not aware of the complaint. He admitted that they were frying Punjabi desserts outside the facility once or <br /> twice a month. <br /> I don't observe any frying on site or outside the facility during my inspection. <br /> Owner promised to cease this practice and he will wait untill the kitchen construction is completed in the coming future. <br /> Owner submitted plans to add new kitchen to the back of the facility.
