Well records obtained from San Joaquin <br />County document the wells were installed under permit, as detailed in Section 6.2. PROPERTY OWNER-PROVIDED DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />The property owner did not provide AGI with any additional documents. <br /> <br /> <br />7.0. SUBJECT PROPERTY RECONNAISSANCE <br /> <br />A subject property site reconnaissance was conducted by an AGI representative on <br />10 December 2021. At the time of the site visit the weather was cool and clear. Property <br />features and improvement details are identified on the Vicinity Plan (Figure 2) and Site <br />Plan (Figure 3).
