METHODOLOGY AND LIMITING CONDITIONS <br /> <br />An AGI representative was given full access to the subject property exterior. The interior <br />of the property single-family residence was not inspected during the site reconnaissance. <br />AGI does not consider this limiting condition significant due to the residential uses of the <br />structures. No additional limiting conditions were noted. <br /> <br /> <br />7.2. GENERAL SITE SETTING <br /> <br />The following is a description of the primary features of the subject property observed at <br />the time of the site visit: <br /> The subject property is located on the east side of Union Road, approximately 2.2- <br />miles to the south of Highway 120, in a rural agricultural area. <br /> The property comprises two adjoining parcels (226-110-010 and 226-110-020), <br />totaling approximately 59.680-acres. <br /> The property has multiple driveway entrances located along Union Road and East <br />Veritas Road. <br />o Subject parcel 226-110-010 is developed with a single-family dwelling with <br />detached garage. <br />o Subject parcel 226-110-020 is utilized agriculturally, as part of a large <br />almond orchard and strawberry field. Several barns and outbuildings are <br />located in the southwestern portion of the subject parcel. <br /> A domestic water well is located in the backyard of the residence and a septic <br />system is located in front of the detached garage. <br /> An irrigation well is located in the center of the subject property between the <br />almond orchard and strawberry field. <br /> A County well is located along the western property boundary. <br /> Three (3) barns/storage sheds containing miscellaneous farming and nut <br />processing equipment are located in the southwestern corner of the subject <br />property near the residence. <br /> Two (2) shipping containers used to store household items are located to the west <br />of the subject property residence. <br /> A small storage shed used to store pesticides and fertilizers is located in the <br />backyard of the residence. <br /> Several unused petroleum USTs are located in the southwestern portion of the <br />subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />
