<br /> -A leaking bottle of Protein Color Filler Primer Corrector Refresher was found without absorbent in the Corrosive
<br /> Bases HW tote(IMG 2573-2575, 2559-2560).
<br /> -A bottle of Blond Brilliance Perfect Blond Instant Tone Mask was found in the Corrosive Bases HW tote (IMG
<br /> 2576-2578, 2559-2560). This item was found in a bag which also contained three used tubes of Loreal Chroma
<br /> True Red's permanent hair color.
<br /> -A container of Beyond The Zone Demented Styling Goo and a container of Barbury's By Sibel Pomade were
<br /> found in the same bag inside the Aerosols, Flammables&Combustibles HW tote(IMG 2579-2581, 2191-2595).
<br /> -Two containers of Tish &Snooky's Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Hair Color Cream, one of which was leaking
<br /> and without absorbent,was found in the Aerosols, Flammables&Combustibles HW tote(IMG 2579-2581,
<br /> 2588-2590), although according to a label on the Toxic and State Regulated HW tote, "Semi and demi hair color
<br /> such as Manic Panic"are classified as toxic and state regulated HW(IMG 2617-2618).
<br /> -Two bottles of Naturelle Botera Ultra Color Care Shampoo were found in the Aerosols, Flammables&
<br /> Combustibles HW tote(IMG 2579-2581, 2596-297), although according to a label on the Toxic and State Regulated
<br /> HW tote, conditioner is classified as toxic and state regulated HW(IMG 2617-2618).
<br /> -Several packages of Ion 10 Minute Normalizing Post Color Shampoo were found in the Aerosols, Flammables&
<br /> Combustibles HW tote(IMG 2579-2581, 2596, 2598), although according to a label on the Toxic and State
<br /> Regulated HW tote, shampoo is classified as toxic and state regulated HW(IMG 2617-2618).
<br /> -Two bags containing various make-up items were found in the Aerosols, Flammables&Combustibles HW tote
<br /> (IMG 2579-2581, 2596, 2599-2600), although according to a label on the Toxic and State Regulated HW tote, "any
<br /> cosmetic item including eyeshadow, lipstick and gloss,foundations, eye and lip liner"are classified as toxic and
<br /> state regulated HW(IMG 2617-2618).
<br /> -The Oxidizers HW tote and a Toxic&State Regulated HW tote both contained spillage of unknown materials(IMG
<br /> 2601-2602, 2605, 2608-2609).
<br /> -A package of Clairol Professional BW 2 Dedusted Extra Strength powder lightener was found in a bag,
<br /> un-containerized, and behind the two Toxic&State Regulated HW totes(IMG 2606-2607, 2613-2616).Tina Flores
<br /> identified the item as HW.
<br /> -Two bottles of So Gorgeous Shampoo, a package of Creme of Nature Argan Oil Conditioning Treatment, a bottle
<br /> of Aphogee Two-Step Protein Treatment, and a bottle of Aphogee Balancing Moisturizer were found in one bag
<br /> inside a Toxic&State Regulated HW tote(IMG 2608, 2610-2612), although according to Sally Beauty Holding's
<br /> "Guidelines for Accumulating Hazardous Waste" poster, only one waste item should be placed into a bag (IMG
<br /> 2557).
<br /> -The following items were found in a Toxic&State Regulated HW tote(IMG 2617-2618):
<br /> -a bottle of Orly nail polish, clearly marked as flammable(IMG 2619-2620).
<br /> -a bottle of Tea Tree Oil (IMG 2622-2623), although a label on the Aerosols, Flammables&Combustibles HW
<br /> tote classifies"hair and body oils"as flammable/combustible (IMG 2581).
<br /> -a bottle of Miracle 7 Silk Deep Conditioner was found bagged, however the bag was torn open by the corner of
<br /> the bottle (IMG 2624-2625).
<br /> -a bottle of Soft Sheen Carson Care Free Curl Cur Restorer, clearly marked as flammable(IMG 2626-2627).
<br /> All the items listed above were identified as waste by Tina Flores at the time of inspection.
