SAN J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> VALLEY PACIFIC CHARTER WAY CARDLOCK 1501 W CHARTER WAY, STOCKTON January 14, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 308 CCR 2632(c), 2634(d), 2636(f) Failure of the leak detection equipment to have an audible and visual alarm. <br /> OBSERVATION: The diesel STP sump sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to ensure <br /> continuous monitoring of the tank system. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was cleaned and retested during the inspection. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 13, 2022. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
