BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R-83- i%Z� RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP NO. 5-83-2 OF MILFORD BROWN, SOUTH OF LOCKEFORD, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, on May 19, 1983, the Planning Commission of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. 5-83-2 of MILFORD BROWN (c/o Flynn - Lund Engineering), for a twelve lot residential subdivision, located on the southwest side of Tully Road, 1500' southeast of the Southern Pacific Railroad, south of Lockeford, County of San Joaquin; and WHEREAS, on June 7, 1983, this Board of Supervisors did set the date of July 7, 1983, at the hour of 10:00 a.m, for a public hearing on said matter; and WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral or documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Super- visors that Subdivision Map No. S-83-2 of MILFORD BROWN (c/o Flynn -Lund Engineering), be, and it hereby is, conditionally approved as follows: 1. A. All improvements shall conform with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. B. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing the Final Map.
