BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />R-83- i%Z� <br />RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP NO. 5-83-2 <br />OF MILFORD BROWN, SOUTH OF LOCKEFORD, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />WHEREAS, on May 19, 1983, the Planning Commission of the <br />County of San Joaquin, State of California, did conditionally <br />approve Subdivision Map No. 5-83-2 of MILFORD BROWN (c/o Flynn - <br />Lund Engineering), for a twelve lot residential subdivision, located <br />on the southwest side of Tully Road, 1500' southeast of the <br />Southern Pacific Railroad, south of Lockeford, County of San <br />Joaquin; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 7, 1983, this Board of Supervisors did <br />set the date of July 7, 1983, at the hour of 10:00 a.m, for a <br />public hearing on said matter; and <br />WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did <br />conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br />was given in accordance with law, and oral or documentary <br />evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said <br />matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the <br />premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Super- <br />visors that Subdivision Map No. S-83-2 of MILFORD BROWN (c/o <br />Flynn -Lund Engineering), be, and it hereby is, conditionally <br />approved as follows: <br />1. A. All improvements shall conform with the <br />Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San <br />Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications must be <br />approved by the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works <br />prior to approval of the Final Map. <br />B. If improvements referred to herein are not <br />completed prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider <br />shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring <br />the completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing <br />the Final Map. <br />
