C. Full street improvements in compliance with <br />Section 9-1612 of Ordinance 2634 and with Ordinance 672 shall be <br />provided within the subdivision. Curbs, Gutters and sidewalks <br />shall be provided throughout the subdivision. The Tully Road - <br />Sharon Drive intersection shall be fully improved in compliance <br />with County standards. <br />D. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay users <br />fees for the utility services from the time the improvements are <br />accepted by the County to the end of the fiscal year, or up to a <br />one (1) year period, as the case may be. <br />2. Public sewer and water supply systems shall be provided <br />throughout the subdivision. The Lockeford Community Services <br />District shall provide these services. <br />A. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to <br />meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage <br />for the improvements (development). The acceptance or approval <br />by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer <br />(or his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an adequate <br />drainage system. Clarification: Interim drainage ponding will <br />be permitted on Lot A. The applicant shall post a security <br />sufficient to provide construction of 1,100' drainage line at <br />such time as drainage service becomes available by Lockeford <br />Community Services District. The security shall be deposited <br />with the County prior to recording the Final Map. <br />B. A public water system shall be provided conforming <br />to the requirements of the Local Health District and the Department <br />of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate water supply <br />and fire hydrants for fire protection in conformance with Section <br />9-1831 of Ordinance 2634 and the requirements of the County Fire <br />Warden and the Mokelumne Fire District. <br />C. The public sewer system shall be constructed in <br />conformance with the requirements of the Local Health District, <br />the Department of Public Works and the Lockeford Community Services <br />District. <br />A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the <br />acceptance of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance <br />and the improvement of the drainage system. <br />- 2 - <br />
