3. Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific <br />Gas and Electric Company, Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, <br />and all other public utilities. The provisions of Section 9-1730 <br />of Ordinance 2634, as amended, requiring undergrounding of utilities <br />shall apply. <br />4. The minimum net lot area shall be 8,000 square feet. <br />5. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, <br />as prescribed in Chapter 11 of County Subdivision Ordinance„ <br />as amended, the developer shall contribute fees as specified in <br />said Section 9-1444 of the Subdivision Ordinance. <br />6. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section <br />9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br />7. The developer shall provide each lot with a street <br />tree of a species approved by the Planning Director. The trees <br />shall be planted outside the public right of way and placed at the <br />time the residences are constructed. <br />S. <br />This map is <br />approved <br />for twenty-four <br />(24) months. <br />9. <br />A six foot <br />(61) high <br />fence shall be <br />constructed <br />along the rear yards of lots five and six. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1983, by the <br />following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br />AYES: Supervisors YOSHIKAWA, BARBER, WILHOIT, COSTA, ALVA <br />NOES: NONE <br />ABSENT: NONE <br />JOSE L.
