Item No. 5 <br /> PC : 3-2-78 <br /> S-78-9/PUD-78-2 <br /> Page 6 <br /> of the California Safe Drinking Water Act (Chapter 7, <br /> Part 1, Division 5, California Health and Safety Code) , <br /> the San Joaquin Local Health District and the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Works Department, unless annexed <br /> to the Wilkinson Manor Maintenance Water District, then <br /> only one well will be required. <br /> b. The parcels on which the public water wells are situated <br /> shall each have a minimum dimension of 60' X 60' . <br /> C. The existing water well, approximately 35 ' east of lots <br /> 1 and 2 shall meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862 ; if this water well cannot meet <br /> Ordinance requirements, it shall be destroyed under per- <br /> mit and inspection by the San Joaquin Local Health Dis- <br /> trict prior to recordation of the final map. <br /> d. The two existing well sites on lot 37 shall be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District prior to recordation of the final map. <br /> e. The lots containing the proposed well sites shall be <br /> appropriately identified. <br /> RECOMMENDATION AND FINDINGS <br /> - Certify EIR -74-16 as revised and with Addendum as adequate and recommend <br /> approval of the Subdivision to the Board of Supervisors subject to the <br /> conditions as outlined by the Development Committee. <br /> - With the finding that the proposal conforms to the General Plan designa- <br /> tion of Rural Residential. <br />
