The external boundary of any minimum sewage disposal area <br /> shall be located at least a minimum lateral distance of <br /> one hundred fifty feet (150' ) from the public water well <br /> sites. <br /> e. The minimum sewage disposal area required for each lot <br /> shall be recorded on the deed as a restriction on land <br /> use. <br /> f. It is recommended that the deed restriction on the land <br /> use aspect relative to .the minimum sewage disposal area <br /> be published in the Real Estate Commissioner's Final <br /> Report for the subdivision. <br /> g• Sewage disposal areas shall not encroach into any public <br /> utility easement. <br /> fnL h.
