Material and <br /> design to be approved by the Planning Department. <br /> 15) Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 549, including the following: <br /> a. A percolation test and a minimum of three soil profile <br /> � r L tests on the entire subdivision, at separate locations, <br /> shall be conducted on every third lot in the subdivision. <br /> b. A minimum sewage disposal area, as determined from the <br /> percolation tests, is to be shown on each lot on the <br /> final map. <br /> c. The minimum sewage disposal area for each lot will be <br /> permitted to be located within five feet (5' ) of a <br /> property line. <br /> d. The external boundary of any minimum sewage disposal area <br /> shall be located at least a minimum lateral distance of <br /> one hundred fifty feet (150' ) from the public water well <br /> sites. <br /> e. The minimum sewage disposal area required for each lot <br /> shall be recorded on the deed as a restriction on land <br /> use. <br /> f. It is recommended that the deed restriction on the land <br /> use aspect relative to .the minimum sewage disposal area <br /> be published in the Real Estate Commissioner's Final <br /> Report for the subdivision. <br /> g• Sewage disposal areas shall not encroach into any public <br /> utility easement. <br /> fnL h. The septic tank situated on lot 37 shall be properly <br /> \C � abandoned under permit and inspection by the San Joaquin <br /> ��V11 Local Health District prior to recordation of the final <br /> map. <br /> 16) Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. <br /> 1862, including the following: <br /> a. The public water supply system shall be comprised of two <br /> wells at different locations within the subdivision. The <br /> wells and distribution system shall meet the requirements <br />
