Cherokee Rd. , Stockton <br /> USE: A 6 lot subdivision and a deviation to permit a 58,000 square foot parcel <br /> in a 65,000 foot minimum area. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Percolation tests were conducted in 1983 and approved for 10,000 square <br /> foot of sewage disposal area under S-82-8. <br /> 2. The septic system for Parcel 5 is failing and is less than 25 feet from <br /> the existing well . The system must be repaired and brought to code <br /> requirements. <br /> 3. The existing irrigation well on Parcel 3 is riot approved as a domestic <br /> water supply. The irrigation well must be destroyed or converted to <br /> a legal use, under permit and inspection of the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District. <br /> 4. A new domestic well is required for Parcel #l3 under permit and inspection <br /> of the SJLHd. <br /> 5.
