Cherokee Rd, Stockton' <br /> USE: A 6 lot subdivision and a deviation to permit a 58,000 square foot <br /> parcel . <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Percolation tests were conducted in 1983 and approved for 10,000 square feet <br /> of sewage disposal area under S-82-8. <br /> 2. The septic system for parcel 5 is failing and is less that 25 feet from the s <br /> existing well . The system must be repaired and brought to code requirements. <br /> 3. The existing irrigation well on Parcel 3 is not approved as a domestic water <br /> supply. The irrigation well must be destroyed or converted to a legal use <br /> under permit and inspection of the Local Health District. <br /> 4. A new domestic well is required for parcel 3. <br /> 5.
