Additional conditions will be added, if <br /> necessary, at the time the Staff Report is prepared. <br /> "Conditions, if Approved" <br /> 1 . Public Works Department: <br /> a. All improvements shall conform with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San <br /> Joaquin. <br /> b. All improvement plans and specifications must be <br /> approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of <br /> Public Works, prior to approval of the final map. <br /> C . If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map, the <br /> subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County <br /> of San Joaquin, insuring the completion of <br /> improvements within one year after filing the Final <br /> Map. <br /> d. Leonardini and Cherokee Roads shall be fully improved <br /> on the subdivided side in compliance with County <br /> standards for a 60-foot right-of-way farm or estate <br /> street. <br /> e. Storm drainage shall be contained on each lot. Lot <br /> grading and storm drainage improvements shall be part <br /> of the improvement plans . <br /> The drainage system shall meet the requirements of <br /> the County and provide adequate drainage for the <br /> improvement plans. <br /> The acceptance or approval by the County of the <br /> drainage system does not relieve the developer or his <br />
