The irrigation <br /> well must be destroyed or converted to a legal use <br /> under permit and inspection of the San Joaquin Local <br /> rl i <br /> Health District. <br /> c. A new domestic well is required for Parcel No. 3 <br /> under permit and inspection of the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District. <br /> d. An Improvement Plan is required to be approved by the <br /> Health District prior to the recording of the Final <br /> Map. <br /> 3 . Waterloo-Morada Rural County Fire Protection District: <br /> A public water supply and fire hydrants shall be <br /> provided for fire protection for the subdivision. <br />
