A plot plan and vicinity map showing the <br /> approximate location of the proposed subdivision is presented on Plate I. <br /> We understand that the subdivision is to contain 6 lots surrounding one cul-de-sac. <br /> An existing residence will remain as the 7th lot. mor purposes of this report, we are <br /> assuming construction will consist of one and two-story wood-frame structures with <br /> relatively light loads. Each lot will be served by a separate septic system.
