The scope of our services was outlined in our discussions and
"Agreement for Services," dated June 5, 1987. Our services were initiated based on
your verbal authorization of that date.
This report contains the following information:
1. Plot plan showing the approximate locations of test borings
drilled for this investigation.
2. Logs of Test Borings.
3. Results of laboratory tests.
4. Recommendations for foundations, including recommended maximum
allowable soil-bearing pressures and lateral-earth pressures.
5. Recommendations for support of slab-on-grade floors.
6. A natural drainage draw runs south to north across the center portion of
the site. The maximum elevation change across the site is approximately 8 feet. The
locations of any underground utilities at the site are not known to our firm at this
time.
FIELD EXPLORATIONS
The field explorations for this investigation were performed on June 10, 1987, and
consisted of drilling four test borings to depths of approximately 10 to 15 feet below
existing ground surface.
