INTRODUCTION <br />The purpose of this plan is to provide health and safety guidelines to be adhered to while <br />site work is in progress. <br />Terry D. Hamilton has adopted the following Health & Safety Plan and procedures <br />for the excavation and removal of one (1) 350 -gallon former gasoline UST located at the <br />residence of Rodney and Linda D. Gaede, 8476 E. Kettleman Lane, Lodi, CA 95240. <br />Mr. Drew Van Allen of Environmental Compliance Group, LLC, ("ECG") <br />("Consultant") located at 270 Vintage Drive, Turlock, CA 95382, phone (209) 664-1035, <br />is the designated Site Safety Officer. Mr. Van Allen has over seventeen years of <br />environmental consulting experience in Central California. Mr. Van Allen was the Project <br />Manager for multiple site investigation and remediation projects located in Northern and <br />Central California. <br />The Site Safety Officer is responsible for providing all the information in this HASP <br />to all onsite personnel, subcontractors, and visitors. The Site Safety Officer has the <br />authority to suspend work at any time if he determines the safety provisions set forth in <br />this HASP are not adequate to ensure worker safety_ The Site Safety Officer informs the <br />principal project manager of individuals whose conduct does not meet the provisions of <br />this HASP. <br />All personnel involved with the project will have an assigned responsibility. The outlined <br />tasks and responsibilities will establish standards for personnel protective wear and safety <br />procedures, and will provide for emergency actions, which could arise during project <br />operations. <br />3 <br />
