"Test Fluid" Handling Procedures <br /> Pump out any existing liquid per customer instructions. <br /> Clean any debris from sump. <br /> 3. As needed, pressure wash with degreaser/emulsifier such as FM-186, <br /> using minimal amount of water. <br /> 4. Store and label any dirty wash water for disposal. <br /> 5. Fill sump with water from hose or portable "Test Fluid" tank. <br /> 6. After completion of test, pump water back into "Test Fluid" tank. Filter if <br /> necessary to keep clean. <br /> Inspect "Test Fluid" prior to leaving site: +r4 <br /> 15 � <br /> No visible sheen on surface <br /> No reaction to "Gas Finding Paste" <br /> No combustible gas "LEL" <br /> 8. If "Test Fluid" is flammable, arrange for disposal from site. Do not <br /> transport if it contains any indication of hydrocarbons or flammability. <br /> 9. Don't mix "Test Fluid" among different customers sites. <br /> 10. Pump out "Test Fluid" by license waste hauler when dirty, finished with <br /> project, or at least once a month. <br />
