The section on storm drainage needs to be updated to reflect the resolution of the issues raised <br /> in the Trimark and Mountain House CSD letters. <br /> Development Agreement <br /> The Services Plan (exhibit B)will need to be revised to reflect any new conditions of approval <br /> from Public Works regarding traffic and storm drainage and any required mitigation measures for <br /> wildlife and wetlands. The Development Agreement is a component of the Mitigation Monitoring <br /> Program and needs to reflect the mitigation measures required to reduce any potentially <br /> significant impacts to less than significant. <br /> Summary <br /> Outstanding issues include traffic and storm drainage. After mitigation measures have been <br /> identified for all potentially significant impacts, the Initial Study will be completed and circulated <br /> through the State Clearinghouse (requires 30-day review); and the Planning Commission <br /> hearing date will be scheduled.
