t <br /> Year 2020 Addendum AOT Automotive Traffic study <br /> 4.0 MITIGATION MEASURES <br /> 4.1 Proposed Measures <br /> For the year 2020 all study area intersections would need mitigation in order to meet the County's <br /> LOS D or better standard. The following mitigation measures would be needed to allow study <br /> intersections to operate at acceptable LOS based on County standards: <br /> • 1-580 Eastbound Ramps/Patterson Pass Road Intersection - Add a traffic signal, a <br /> northbound right turn lane, and an eastbound right turn lane. <br /> • 1-580 Westbound Ramps/Patterson Pass Road Intersection-Add a traffic signal. <br /> • Schulte Road/Mountain House Parkway Intersection - Improve traffic signal to include <br /> overlap right turn phasing. <br /> • At the Berkeley Road/Mountain House Parkway intersection -Add a traffic signal. <br /> • 1-205 Eastbound Ramps/Mountain House Parkway Intersection -Add a traffic signal and <br /> a northbound right turn lane. <br /> • 1-205 Westbound Ramps/Mountain House Parkway Intersection-Add a traffic signal. <br /> Year 2020 Plus Project intersection operations were tested with the addition of these mitigation <br /> measures. The resulting LOS for each intersection is summarized in Table 5. I <br /> In addition to the intersection mitigation measures,parts of Mountain House Parkway and Schulte <br /> Road Will need to be widened in accordance With the Countys 2010 General Plan. Specifically, <br /> Mountain House Parkway will be widened to four lanes all the way from Shulte Road to 1-205. This <br /> includes the addition of extra lanes over the Delta Mendota Canal.
