Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. Store CO2 cylinders upright against a wall and secured <br />with a chain. Provide documentation that this has been corrected to cmuro@sjgov.org. Correct within one week. <br />----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />The ice scoop was observed inside the ice compartment of the ice machine during the inspection. Remove ice scoop, wash <br />and sanitize, and store inside a cleanable container with handle facing up.
