5. Pacific Gas & Electric Company: <br />Ten -foot -wide public utility easements shall be provided on <br />all street frontages within the subdivision and shall be <br />dedicated when the final map is filed. <br />6. Building Inspection Division: <br />a. A grading permit will be required for the excavating or <br />filling of earth material. <br />b. A grading plan shall be submitted to the Building <br />Inspection Division and shall contain the information <br />listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br />7006(1). <br />c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br />and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br />details shall be submitted where applicable. <br />d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall <br />comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br />Requirements." <br />e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br />porated in the grading plans. <br />f.
