(District 5) <br />APPLICANT: Norma Jean Norton APN: 229-130-04 & 05 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br />Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br />existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br />Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodways <br />areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is <br />being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), <br />Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, <br />94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate <br />additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br />review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br />Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br />process is completed. <br />Henry Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a <br />planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br />Lone Tree Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and <br />a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a <br />Record of Survey is required.
