Finished floor elevation shall be at or above the intermediate regional flood elevation as determined by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Final Map shall note the means of providing the 100-year flood protection. The 10-year water surface elevation at Bear Creek is approximately 101 N.G .V.D. k. The property shall annex to Bear Creek Maintenance District prior to the acceptance of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of storm drainage and street lighting systems. 1 . All utilities shall be underground. m. A 10-foot-wide public utility easement shall be required on all street frontages within the subdivision for Pacific Gas and Electric Company. All other public utility easements shall be as required by the requesting public utility com- pany. 2 . Local Health District : a. The subdivision shall be connected to public water and sewerage -sup-plied by the Lockeford Community Services District . b. The Lockeford CommunityServices District shall provide a letter to the Health District-,__prior to recording of the Final Map, assuring the Health District that its sewer system has the capability of providing_,capacity to the sub- diTr4-ion and that the sewer system will not violate the waste discharge requirements of- the Regional -Water Quality Control Board. c . The State Department of Health Services, Sanitary Engineering Branch, shall provide a letter to the Health District , prior to recording of the Final Map, certifying water supply for the subdivision. 3 . Lockeford Community Services District : Water supplied to lots 207 , 210, and 212 shall be for domestic use only and for 15 ,000 square feet of landscaping.
