All lots shall be protected from 100-year flood and flood <br /> hazard. Finished floor elevation shall be at or above the <br /> intermediate regional flood elevation as determined by the <br /> U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Final Map shall note <br /> the means of providing the 100-year flood protection. The <br /> 10-year water surface elevation at Bear Creek is <br /> approximately 101 N.G .V.D. <br /> k. The property shall annex to Bear Creek Maintenance District <br /> prior to the acceptance of the Final Map to provide for the <br /> operation, maintenance, and improvement of storm drainage <br /> and street lighting systems. <br /> 1 . All utilities shall be underground. <br /> m. A 10-foot-wide public utility easement shall be required on <br /> all street frontages within the subdivision for Pacific Gas <br /> and Electric Company. All other public utility easements <br /> shall be as required by the requesting public utility com- <br /> pany. <br /> 2 . Local Health District : <br /> a. The subdivision shall be connected to public water and <br /> sewerage -sup-plied by the Lockeford Community Services <br /> District . <br /> b. The Lockeford CommunityServices District shall provide a <br /> letter to the Health District-,__prior to recording of the <br /> Final Map, assuring the Health District that its sewer <br /> system has the capability of providing_,capacity to the sub- <br /> diTr4-ion and that the sewer system will not violate the <br /> waste discharge requirements of- the Regional -Water Quality <br /> Control Board. <br /> c . The State Department of Health Services, Sanitary <br /> Engineering Branch, shall provide a letter to the Health <br /> District , prior to recording of the Final Map, certifying <br /> water supply for the subdivision. <br /> 3 . Lockeford Community Services District : <br /> Water supplied to lots 207 , 210, and 212 shall be for domestic <br /> use only and for 15 ,000 square feet of landscaping. <br />
