Building Division: <br /> The soils report shall be reviewed and approved by the County <br /> Building Inspector prior to submission of the Final Map. At <br /> the discretion of the Building Inspector, the tentative map <br /> may be brought back for reconsideration by the Planning <br /> Commission for modification based on soil problems identified <br /> in the soils report . <br /> 5 . Planning Division: <br /> a. The property shall annex to the Lockeford Community <br /> Services District prior to acceptance of the final map. <br /> b. In lieu of the conveyance of park land to the County, the <br /> developer shall pay fees of equivalent value as defined and <br /> specified in the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code . <br />
