The District stated in its December 31 , 1985 , <br /> letter to the Planning Division that annexation of the proposed <br /> subdivision will generate revenues which will allow expansion of <br /> its sewer treatment plant and replacement of a well . The <br /> District notes that these improvements to both its water and <br /> sewer systems will enable the District to not only serve the pro- <br /> posed subdivision but also future development within the <br /> District . <br /> Lodi Unified School District (response , 12-18-85 ) : <br /> The Lodi Unified School District submitted a copy of a letter to <br /> the Planning Division that was sent from Superintendent Ellerth <br /> Larson to Dr . Frank V. Johnson, Jr . The letter outlined the <br /> potential impacts of the proposed subdivision on Lodi Unified <br /> School District facilities . <br /> Building Division ( response, 1-14-86) : <br /> See recommended Conditions of Approval under Building Division . <br /> The Buiding Division submitted a copy of a letter to the Planning <br /> Division that was sent to Baumbach & Piazza, Inc . , civil engi- <br /> neers/surveyors for the proposed subdivison. The letter noted <br /> that , on the basis of the soils report for the adjacent sub- <br /> division which indicated no soil problems , Building Division had <br /> no objection to further processing of the tentative map. <br /> As of March 31 , 1986 , the following have not responded: <br /> Pacific Bell State Clearinghouse <br /> LAFCO North San Joaquin Water <br /> Mokelumne Fire District Conservation District <br /> FEMA County Counsel <br /> Supervisorial District 4 <br /> APPLICATION DATA <br /> No. of Public Notices Sent : 72 .
