Pacific Gas & Electric Company (response, 12-10-85) : PG&E requests the reservation of 30-foot-wide public utility easements on all street frontages within the subdivision. See recommended Conditions of Approval No. 1 (m) under Public Works Department. Department of Transportation (response, 3-31-86) : The Department of Transportation makes the following comments concerning the proposed subdivision: 1 . The additional traffic from the proposed subdivision will impact both the Tully Road-State Route 88 and the Brandt Road- State Route 88 intersections. 2 . The exiscing traffice problems at the Tully Road-State Route 88 intersection should be carefully reviewed when considering the additional traffic anticipated at this intersection from the proposed subdivision. 3 . Caltrans has programmed a project from west of Lockeford to east of Clements to widen State Route 88 and to provide a con- tinuous left turn lane and shoulders. If any other finances are needed to provide improvements for adequate access to and from the proposed subdivision, local funding prospects should be investigated.
