Country Club Boulevard shall be fully improved on the sub- <br />divided side in compliance with the City of Stockton stan- <br />dards for a 70 -foot right-of-way road. Edgewater Court <br />shall be fully improved to County standard for a 50 -foot <br />right-of-way road. Curbs, gutters, and sidewalks shall be <br />provided for both Edgewater Court and Country Club <br />Boulevard. <br />c. A secondary emergency access road shall be provided to the <br />subdivision. <br />d. Public water supply, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage <br />systems shall be provided. Agreements with applicable <br />agencies to provide services for water, sanitary sewer, and <br />storm drainage shall be obtained prior to the approval of <br />filing the Final Map. <br />(1) The storm drainage system shall conform to County stan- <br />dards, and the sanitary sewer system shall conform to <br />City of Stockton standards. <br />(2) The water system shall conform to the requirements of <br />the Local Health District and the County Department of <br />Public Works. An adequate water supply for fire pro- <br />tection with fire hydrants and connection shall be <br />installed in conformance with the requirements of the <br />County Fire Warden and the Country Club Fire District. <br />e. Street lighting shall be provided, and the subdivision area <br />shall annex to the West Stockton Lighting District for <br />maintenance of systems. <br />f. A physical barrier shall be constructed on the east property <br />boundary to differentiate from the Amblers Club private <br />access road. <br />g. Form a County Service Area, or provide an alternative <br />mechanism acceptable to the Department of Public Works, for <br />the purposes of operating and maintaining the public im- <br />provements within the public right-of-way for storm <br />drainage, sanitary sewer and domestic water. If an alter- <br />native mechanism is proposed, it shall be in written form. <br />It will also be subject to review and written approval by <br />the Department of Public Works. <br />5. Expiration: This map shall expire on April 18, 1988 <br />
