Here are some of the environmental effects <br /> which will cause substantial adverse effects on the quality of living directly or indirectly <br /> within these existing residential areas to the South , South East , South West of the <br /> Project . <br /> 1 . Aesthetics <br /> Existing Residents quality of view or visual character will be substantially degraded from <br /> experiencing a new source of continuous vehicle traffic, especially Diesel Trucks and <br /> Trailers , as well as a new source of pedestrian foot traffic . All or most of the residential <br /> housing are Mobile Homes which sit approximately 3ft above the existing elevation thus <br /> allowing the residents to have a visual line of site over current fencing of project <br /> property . <br /> 2 . Air Quality <br /> Substantial increase in the amount of vehicle traffic especially Truck Traffic will <br /> adversely affect air quality for existing residents . Prevailing winds will carry Vehicle <br /> exhaust , Diesel truck motors exhaust and or trailer refrigeration motors exhaust , <br /> running 24 hours 7 days a week directly into residential areas . <br />
