The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Allspecs Muffler & Brakes as of March 24 , 2022 . <br /> Open violations from January 31, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years . The missing receipts include : <br /> -04/ 19/2019 for used oil <br /> - 11/ 14/2019 for used oil <br /> - 11/ 14/2019 for used antifreeze <br /> - 11/4/2020 for used oil <br /> - 11/4/2020 for used antifreeze <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years . <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Locate a copy of the receipts listed above . Maintain the records on -site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) . <br /> If the receipts cannot be found , provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #303 - Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems , spill control , or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION Afire extinguisher at the east wall of the shop was observed with the gauge outside of the green <br /> section . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facility communications or alarm systems , fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required , shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Bring the fire extinguisher into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
