The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Allspecs Muffler & Brakes as of March24 , 2022 . <br /> Open violations from January 31, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely) . <br /> OBSERVATION The following hazardous waste container was found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days : one black metal 55 gallon drum of drained oil filters labeled as " hazardous waste" was <br /> observed on site with an accumulation start date of 03/01 /2018 . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262 . 34 . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations . Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD) within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste . <br /> OBSERVATION Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling . The containers <br /> were : <br /> -three black metal 55 gallon drums labeled " used oil ' did not have hazardous waste labels <br /> -two black metal 55 gallon drums labeled " used antifreeze" did not have hazardous waste labels <br /> -one black metal 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters was missing the physical state <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information : the <br /> words " Hazardous Waste" , name and address of generator, hazardous properties , physical state , composition <br /> (contents) , accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste . Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> ( EHD ) within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
