r � <br />BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />R-77-0570 <br />RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP NO. 5-77-7 <br />OF H. & M. BUILDERS (c/o ALBERT SANGUINETTI), TO ESTABLISH A <br />SIX LOT SUBDIVISION, ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ASHLEY LANE AND <br />99 FRONTAGE ROAD, NORTH OF STOCKTON, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />WHEREAS, on February 3, 1977, the Planning Commission of <br />the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC -77-105, did con- <br />ditionally approve Subdivision Map No. 5-77-7 of H. & M. BUILDERS <br />(c/o Albert Sanguinetti) to establish a six lot subdivision, on <br />the southeast corner of Ashley Lane and 99 Frontage Road, north <br />of Stockton, in an RA -20 Zone; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 22, 1977, this Board of Supervisors <br />did set the date of March 17, 1977, at the hour of 2:30 p.m. for <br />a public hearing on said matter; and <br />WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board <br />of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, <br />notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and <br />oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of <br />and opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being <br />advised on the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br />that Subdivision Map No. 5-77-7 of H. & M. BUILDERS (c/o Albert <br />Sanguinetti) be, and it hereby is, conditionally approved: <br />1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br />requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br />2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by PG&E, <br />PT&T and all other public utilities. The provisions of Article <br />XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. <br />3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by San <br />Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to consideration <br />of the Final Map. <br />4.
