If the District <br />will not accept the application, the developer <br />would be required to develop street and storm <br />drainage in accordance with recent specifications <br />adopted by the Board of Supervisors for Rural <br />Residential areas. <br />5. Water system or methods shall conform to the require- <br />ments of the Local Health District and the Department of Public <br />Works. <br />6. Drainage and street lighting systems shall be main -- <br />t, <br />tained by the existing utilities maintenance district if the <br />district will consent to the annexation. Annexation to or <br />formation of the district shall occur prior to acceptance of <br />the Final Map. <br />7. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br />prescribed in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, the <br />developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined <br />in said section. <br />8. A preliminary soil report as prescribed in Section <br />5.165 of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall be required. <br />9. Full street improvements in compliance with Ordinance <br />672 shall be provided within the subdivision. Road shall be <br />fully improved on both sides in compliance with County standards <br />and dedicated to the county <br />by the Board of Supervisors. <br />The road name is to be approved <br />10. Applicant shall make application for rezoning to RR -65 <br />prior to acceptance of the Final Map to assure that parcels can- <br />not be broken down into less than 65,000 sq. ft. lots. <br />11. Access shall be restricted to Lots 1, 2 and 6 from the <br />frontage road. <br />12. A solid fence shall be constructed along the frontage <br />road. The design of this fence shall be subject to the approval <br />of the Planning and Public Works Departments. <br />
