The <br />name of this road should be changed to prevent confusion with <br />"Morada Lane." <br />- Direct access to State Route Highway 99 Frontage road should be <br />restricted. <br />- This property was flooded in 1958. <br />DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION <br />- At its meeting of 1-12-77 the Development Committee recommended <br />that this subdivision be approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br />1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the requirements of the <br />County of San Joaquin. <br />2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by P.G.&E., P.T.&T. and <br />all other public utilities. The provisions of Article XIIA of <br />Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. <br />3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin County <br />Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the final map. <br />4. Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with standards and <br />requirements of the Department of Public Works prior to consideration <br />of the final map. Connection shall be made to the pumping plant <br />on Ashley Lane for terminal drainage to Mosher Slough. <br />5. Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements of the <br />Local Health District and the Department of Public Works. <br />6. Drainage and street lighting systems shall be maintained by the <br />existing utilities maintenance district if the district will consent <br />to the annextion. Annexation to or formation of the district shall <br />occur prior to acceptance of the final map. <br />7. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in <br />Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, the developer shall <br />contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in said section. <br />8. A preliminary soil report as prescribed in Section 5.165 of Ordinance <br />892, as amended, shall be required. <br />9. Full street improvements in compliance with Ordinance 672 shall be <br />provided within the subdivision. Private road shall be fully improved <br />on both sides in compliance with County standards, and dedicated to <br />the County. The road name is to be approved by the Board of <br />Supervisors. <br />
