DC 3-29-78 <br /> Barnett-Range Corp. <br /> page 7 <br /> a. The public water supply system shall be comprised of two wells at <br /> two different locations within the subdivision. The wells and <br /> distribution system shall meet the requirements of the California Domestic <br /> Water Quality and Monitoring Regulations, Title 22, California Adminis- <br /> trative Code; the San Joaquin Local Health District; and the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Works Department. <br /> b. The lots on which the public water wells are situated shall each have <br /> minimum dimensions of 60' x 60' . <br /> c. The public water well sites shall be located a minimum lateral distance <br /> of at least one hundred fifty feet (150') from the external boundary of <br /> any minimum sewage disposal area. <br /> d. The lots on which the well sites are situated shall be appropriately <br /> identified. <br /> e. Any abandoned water wells found in this subdivision shall be properly <br /> destroyed under permit and inspection by the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District. <br /> 7. Local Health District: Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 549, including the following: <br /> a. Percolation tests shall be conducted on every third lot in the subdivision. <br /> b. Minimum sewage disposal areas, as determined from the percolation tests, <br /> shall be shown on the final map. <br /> c. The minimum sewage disposal area for each lot will be permitted to be <br /> located within five feet (5') of internal lot lines. <br /> d. The minimum sewage disposal area for each lot shall be recorded on <br /> the deed as a restriction on land use. <br /> e. It is recommended that the deed restriction on the land use aspect <br /> relative to the sewage disposal area be published in the Real Estate <br /> Commissioner's Final Report on the subdivision. <br /> f. Sewage disposal areas shall not encroach into any public utility easement. <br /> g. The developer shall file a Waste Discharge Report with the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br /> 8. The minimum net lot area shall be 65,000 square feet. <br /> 9. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section <br /> 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, the developer shall contribute fees <br /> of equivalent value as defined in said section. <br />
