All improvements shall be in conformance with the requirements of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by PG&E and all other public <br /> utilities. The provisions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, <br /> shall apply. A 5' wide public utilities easement shall be provided along <br /> Sussex, Rain Tree and RoxBury Streets. A 7 ' wide public utilities <br /> easement shall be provided on Sussex Court, Rye Court, Rain Tree Court <br /> and RoxBury Court. <br /> 3. Plans for all improvements shall be approved by San Joaquin County Depart- <br /> ment of Public Works prior to consideration of the Final Map. <br /> 4. Community or terminal drain system shall be provided. Drainage shall <br /> comply with standards and requirements of the Department of Public Works <br /> prior to consideration of the final map. No individual drain ponds on <br /> individual lots will be allowed. <br /> 5. A community water system with two wells at two different locations shall be <br /> required and shall conform to the requirements of the Local Health District <br /> and the Department of Public Works. <br /> 6.
