An adequate water supply for fire protection with fire hydrants and <br />connections shall be installed in conformance with the requirements <br />of the County Fire Warden and the Tracy Rural Fire District. <br />7. Drainage and street lighting systems shall be maintained by a utilities <br />maintenance district. <br />8. The minimum net lot area shall be 30,000 square feet. <br />9. In lieu of a conveyance of park land to tho County, as prescribed <br />in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, the developer shall <br />contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in said section. <br />10. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 5.165 of Ordinance <br />892, as amended, shall be required. <br />11. Well sites shall be numbered alphabetically and designated separately <br />on the final map and as approved by the local Health District. <br />12. All parcels to provide for a minimum 150' width as required by the <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />13. All lots on the Tentative Map are to be numbered. <br />14. Carnegie Drive to be fully improved cul-de-sac as per ordinance, <br />not a stub street. <br />15. Lot 5 of Unit No. 3 is to have the building setback lines shown <br />indicating front and side yard setbacks. <br />
