S-79-1 of VICK OWEN (c/o Mike Erceg), for a 17 lot <br />residential subdivision, on the east and west sides of Ellis Avenue, 91' <br />north of Midway Drive, south of Tracy. <br />MOTION: Moved, seconded (Schramek-Ruffin) and carried by a unanimous voice <br />vote to forward this item to the Planning Commission with a recommendation <br />to ratify the Negative Declaration and approve the map subject to the following: <br />1. All improvements shall be constructed in conformance with the re- <br />quirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br />2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by P.C.&E., P.T.&T, and <br />all other public utilities. The provisions of Article XIIA of <br />Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. <br />3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin County <br />Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the final <br />subdivision map. <br />4. Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with the standards <br />and requirements of the Department of Public Works prior to consider- <br />ation of the final subdivision map. <br />5. Local Health District. <br />A. Water system or methods shall conform to the require"mpnts of <br />the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works. <br />The subdivider is to provide such means of public water supply <br />and maintenance according to the standards of the Local Health <br />District, the Department of Public Works and the State Depart- <br />ment of Public Health. <br />
