Telephone: (209) 852-8010 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054257 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT PURCHASED A ROTISSERIE CHICKEN FROM THIS FACILITY AT AROUND 8:00 PM ON 9/12/21 AND <br />CONSUMED IT AROUND 9:00 PM. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT A FEW HOURS LATER THEY HAD A STOMACH <br />ACHE AND THEIR SON HAD DIARRHEA. COMPLAINANT KEPT SON HOME FROM SCHOOL BECAUSE THEY WERE <br />STILL EXPERIENCING DIARRHEA. COMPLAINANT STATED THAT THE CHICKEN SMELLED SPOILED. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: During my visit, employee is cleaning the floor at the back prep area of cooked food department. I <br />observe dirty utensils, placed on the floor, totally blocking the hand wash station. Remove items for full accessibility of the <br />hand wash station. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br />#7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: Some rotisserie chickens held on the hot hold ( within the 4 hours time control) have temp 130F. Provide <br />135F or more today. <br />Kitchen manager set the temperature of the hot hold on high to be sure to have temp at 135F or more at all times. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br />#21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cooked food department prep sink and 3 comp sink have temp at 114F.
