S-79-5 OF <br />N. SANTOS, ET AL. (c% R. P. WELDUM & ASSOCIATES), WEST OF TRACY <br />COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA l <br />WHEREAS, on February 1, 1979, the Planning Commis io 0 1 <br />the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC -79-79, did approve <br />subject to conditions Subdivision Map No. S-79-5 of N. SANTOS, <br />ET AL. (c/o R. P. WELDUM & ASSOCIATES) !-for-a-24 llot_rural_resi- <br />dential subdivision; on -the -west side of-Grunauer`Roadl�T300' <br />south-of-=Von-Sosten-Road,—west-of-Tracy,-•County-of-Sa7r Joaqu�^in,--50 <br />CState of Cali£o=nia; ander <br />WHEREAS, on February 20, 1979, this Board of Supervisors did <br />set the date of March 15, 1979, at the hour of 10:45 a.m. for <br />a public hearing on said matter; and <br />WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board of <br />Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice <br />of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and <br />documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed <br />to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on <br />the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By this Board of Supervisors <br />that Subdivision Map No. S-79-5 of N. SANTOS, ET AL. (c/o R. P. <br />Weldum & Associates), be, and it hereby is, conditionally approved <br />as follows: <br />1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br />requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br />2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific <br />Gas & Electric Company and Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company; <br />also, all other public utilities. The Provisions of Article XIIA <br />of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. A 10' public utilities <br />easement shall be provided across the frontage of all parcels. <br />3.
