The maximum number of lots shall be determined by <br />dedu.7ting 8% of the original parcel area and dividing the remainder <br />by 65,000. <br />8. in lieu of conveyance of park land to the county, as <br />prescribed in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, the <br />developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined <br />in said section. <br />9. Grunauer Road shall be fully 'improved for two <br />traffic lanes on the main line adjacent to the 'subdivision and <br />fully improved on the subdivision side in compliance with County <br />standards. <br />11. Grunauer Court shall be renamed. <br />12. The location of drain ponds, or the resolution thereof, <br />is to be approved by the Department of Public works. <br />13. Drain ponds, leach field and well site locations <br />shall be shown on the tentative map and improvement plans. <br />Leach field and well site locations only shall be shown on the <br />Final Map. <br />14. A Planned Unit Development shall be submitted to <br />the Commission for approval showing all the conditions noted <br />herein above. <br />2 <br />
