4. Drainage shall be as prescribed by Board of Super- <br />visors Resolution R-76-4201. Grunauer Road shall be fully 'improved for two <br />traffic lanes on the main line adjacent to the 'subdivision and <br />fully improved on the subdivision side in compliance with County <br />standards. <br />11. Grunauer Court shall be renamed. <br />12. The location of drain ponds, or the resolution thereof, <br />is to be approved by the Department of Public works. <br />13. Drain ponds, leach field and well site locations <br />shall be shown on the tentative map and improvement plans. <br />Leach field and well site locations only shall be shown on the <br />Final Map. <br />14. A Planned Unit Development shall be submitted to <br />the Commission for approval showing all the conditions noted <br />herein above. <br />2 <br />
