FIRE PROTECTION: ( Continued ) <br /> "Tower Park Marina has a 500-GPM pumper which is housed at the <br /> marina site. The county is presently working on establishing a fire <br /> district for the area and anticipates formation this year. <br /> In the interim period if a fire occurs, key people at the site will <br /> answer calls within the park. The mechanism for receiving calls and <br /> alerting volunteers within the park will be worked out by the marina <br /> owners. " <br /> GAS : Individual bottled gas is prohibited. A master tank will be <br /> provided with individual meters from Kamps Propane. <br /> SEWAGE DISPOSAL: Maintenance of sewer lines and related facilities <br /> within the project is the responsibility of the Little Potato Slough <br /> Mutual Water Company, a private entity. <br /> STREETS AND ROADS: The private streets within this project will be <br /> maintained by the homeowner association.
