CALIFORNIA <br /> CALIFORNIA 83201 <br /> (2081 944-2281 - <br /> July 15, 1982 <br /> Board of Supervisors <br /> Courthouse - Room 701 <br /> Stockton, CA 9520CLARIFICATION OF CONDITIONS ON TENTATIVE <br /> SUBDIVISION MAP FOR TOWER PARK VILLAGE (S-82-1) <br /> Dear Board Members: <br /> The tentative subdivision map S-82-1 for Tower Park Village was approved <br /> by the Board of Supervisors on December 17, 1981 subject to certain conditions. <br /> The subdivision is for a four (4) lot subdivision on the south side of <br /> State Route 12., east of Little Potato Slough in the unincorporated area <br /> of the County. <br /> All those conditions requiring the approval by the Department of Public <br /> Works have been satisfied by the developer, The Department of Public Works <br /> is now prepared to process the final map as soon as the remaining conditions <br /> of the tentative map approval are satisfied. <br /> In an effort to satisfy the remaining conditions, the developer has <br /> requested that the approved requirements set forth in Resolution R-81-1906, <br /> in particular Condition Number 5 regarding fire protection, Condition <br /> Number 6 regarding public water and sewer system and Condition Number 8 <br /> regarding access to State Highway 12 per State requirement, be clarified. <br /> In response to this request, this matter has been placed on the Board <br /> of Supervisors agenda to clarify certain conditions of the tentative <br /> subdivision map S-82-1 for Tower Park Village. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> '1 <br /> i <br /> William J.
