SIEGFRIEDO& ASSOCIIATES) , FOR <br /> A FOUR LOT SUBDIVISION, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF STATE ROUTE 12, <br /> EAST OF LITTLE POTATO SLOUGH, WEST OF LODI, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CPL IFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on November 5, 1981, the Planning Commission of <br /> the County of San Joaquin, State of California, by Resolution <br /> PC-82-28, did recommend approval, subject to conditions, of <br /> Subdivision Map No. 5-82-1 of LITTLE POTATO SLOUGH (c/o R. W. <br /> SIEGFRIED & ASSOCIATES) , for a four lot subdivision, on the <br /> south side of State Route 12, east of Little Potato Slough, <br /> west of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California, and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 17, 1981, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> set the date of December 17, 1981, at the hour of 10 :00 a.m. <br /> for a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct <br /> a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was <br /> given in accordance with law, and oral or documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. 5-82-1 of LITTLE POTATO SLOUGH (c/o <br /> R. 14. Siegfried & Associates) be, and it hereby is, conditionally <br /> approved as follows : <br /> 1. All public improvements shall conform with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br /> County of San Joaquin: All improvement plans <br /> and specifications must be approved by the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior <br /> to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 2.
