FIRE PROTECTION: (Continued) <br /> 14 foot roof ladder , 24 foot extension ladder. <br /> 1 pick hand axe. <br /> One 2-1/2 inch double female. <br /> 2 booster fog nozzles with shot off. <br /> "In addition, safety equipment, including helmets, boots, turnout <br /> pants and coats will be needed for each volunteer. Two self- <br /> contained breathing apparatuses and 2 spare cylinders will also be <br /> required. A complete communication system, including pagers , would <br /> be required to provide the equipment needed to meet the dispatching <br /> plan. Future plans include the purchase of a radio for the truck so <br /> that we could contact other fire departments. Finally, the con- <br /> struction of a fire boat is planned to assist in waterside fire <br /> protection. A small platform boat with a 70 h.p. outboard will form <br /> the basis of the fire boat , which would be mounted with a 10 h .p. <br /> pump, about 150 feet of 1- 1/2" line , 10 feet of 1-1/2" line, and 10 <br /> gallons of foam and a foam eductor. " <br /> GAS: Individual bottled gas is prohibited. A master tank will be <br /> provided with individual meters from Kamps Propane. <br /> SEWAGE DISPOSAL: Maintenance of sewer lines and related facilities <br /> within the project is the responsibility of the Little Potato Slough <br /> Mutual Water Company, a private entity. <br /> STREETS AND ROADS : The private streets within this project will be <br /> maintained by the homeowner association.
