Future plans include the purchase of a radio for the truck so that we could contact other fire departments. Finally, the con- struction of a fire boat is planned to assist in waterside fire protection. A small platform boat with a 70 h.p. outboard will form the basis of the fire boat , which would be mounted with a 10 h .p. pump, about 150 feet of 1- 1/2" line , 10 feet of 1-1/2" line, and 10 gallons of foam and a foam eductor. SEWAGE DISPOSAL: Maintenance of sewer lines and related facilities within the project is the responsibility of the Little Potato Slough Mutual Water Company, a private entity. STREETS AND ROADS : The private streets within this project will be maintained by the homeowner association. The costs of repair and maintenance of these private streets are included in the budget and are a part of your regular assessment. SHOPPING FACILITIES: Shopping facilities are located in Lodi , 12 miles to the east of the project and in Rio Vista, 12 miles to the west of the project.
