The earlier proposal will be replaced
by this completely redesigned development proposal which is now called
Golf Course Terrace.
On June 3, 1986, the voters of the City of Stockton approved
Measure F which restored approximately 1,316 acres of land to the City
General Plan and the authority to the Planning Commission and City
Council to facilitate development.
This property is bounded on the north by French Camp Slough, on the
south by Wolf Road, on the east by Interstate 5 freeway, and on the west
by the San Joaquin River. It is separated from the proposed Golf Course
Terrace Subdivision by the Van Buskirk Golf Course and French Camp
Slough.
11
