Date of delivery was 3/15/21 and <br />there is no signature. Certified mail #7020 0640 0000 7545 8954. Scanned to <br />inspector Muro's folder. <br />MARTINEZ <br />03/22/2021 Received an email from Ryan Olmedo on 3/19/21. MURO <br />Ryan stated the following: <br />- The emulsion is Non toxic; the screens are washed out and allowed to dry <br />- The Ts3 is applied to shirts for ink removal via a spot gun; no rags are used in <br />the process <br />- The mineral spirits are applied to rags then used to wipe off the ink from the <br />screens; rags are then thrown away <br />Received screen shots of an SDS for Klean Strip Odorless Mineral Spirits. This <br />liquid material has chronic and acute health effects and is flammable. <br />Received saftey data information for TS3 prepared on Aug., 1, 2005. Contained <br />sections 1 - 8, section 9 and anything after is missing. <br />Did not receive SDS for CT-R. Received screen shots of product information and <br />instructions for use. CT-R instructions call for use of additional chemicals: <br />Chroma/Clean mesh degreaser and Chroma/strip screen reclaimer. <br />Missed a call from Ryan Olmedo. Retrieved voicemail. Ryan stated that the <br />emulsion "came back" non-toxic. <br />Emailed response to Ryan Olmedo. Asked Ryan: to list all chemicals going to sink <br />and piping, where piping discharges to, and what inks are used and requested <br />SDS sheets for each. <br />Received reply from Ryan Olmedo. <br />03/22/2021 Forwarded email to Lead Senior Garrett Backus. MURO <br />Discussed with Garrett Backus. <br />Read files (SDS sheets on Chromo products) provided by Garrett Backus. <br />Determined this complaint will be abated as unable to verify. <br />Changed service codes to non-billable 007 and 004 for the site investigation. <br />Went to accounting office to notify of change, however staff who handles billing for <br />complaints was off. <br />Called accounting to update the change in billable codes. <br />5105.rpt <br /> Page 4 of 5
