(209) 323-9492. <br />Contacted Ralph Roberts, PGE. Discussed clean-up. States that majority of oil <br />has been contained in plastic barrier, he states that he is waiting for a drill rig to be <br />moved out of the way to confirm if any soil has been impacted. <br />Gave him my email to provide photos of the release. <br />Updated Elena Manzo (Lead Senior REHS) on Ralph Roberts call. Based on <br />discussion, will head out to McDonald Island to verify clean-up, once drill rig is <br />moved. <br />Received email from Elena Manzo (Lead Senior REHS). Sent photos received <br />from Ralph Roberts, PGE to Claudia Muro (EHS). Printed out email exchange <br />between myself and Ralph and placed on Claudia's desk. <br />received photos from Ralph Roberts, PGE. Reviewed complaint narrative. Requested Claudia to <br />provide photos of the spill. Reviewed emails sent by Claudia regarding the spill <br />and containing photos of the spill location. <br />04/13/2020 Received an email from Ralph Roberts, with the following updates: <br />The drill rig was moved on Friday, April 10. <br />Additional cleaning is needed. <br />PSC evaluated the impacted area on Saturday, April 11. They determined it <br />requires a USA notification since gravel and soil is too hard-packed for them to <br />clean with shovels. <br />Over-head excavation is anticipated on Wednesday, April 15. <br />- PSC covered impacted area with visqueen pending their return to the site. <br />I asked Ralph Roberts to provide an update for the amount of oil spilled. He <br />indicated that the crew looked at the volume missing from the accumulator <br />reservoir and indicated it was 20 gallons. <br />04/13/2020 Updated Elianna Florido, REHS via email on all spill information since she will be <br />on call the day clean up is anticipated.
