Created photo log of photos. PRESTO <br />07/12/2021 Completed 7/8/2021 narrative. Reviewed all complaint narratives. Received FLORIDO <br />complaint update from Elena Manzo. Called and left a voice message for Natalia <br />Subbotnikova with an update on the complaint. Received a call back from Natalia <br />and discussed complaint. Reviewed the landfill's special occurrences report <br />regarding the incident provided by Natalia. <br />07/12/2021 Called and spoke to Jason Torres and Chad Yume, Metal Finishing Solutions <br />Production Manager, requesting they provide the inventory of chemicals that were <br />found at the landfill. <br />07/15/2021 Reviewed letter and drum inventory received on 7/13/2021 from Rob Ashe, Metal <br />Finishing Solutions (MFS) representative. Rob states that the drums and <br />containers that had liquid in them contained either only water or a mixture of <br />chemical and water. Emailed Rob the following questions regarding the drums and <br />waste generated from the cleanup, and requested he provide a written response: <br />How do you know that the liquid in the drums/containers was only water? <br />Where did the liquid go? Which processing bath?
