Complaint Investigation Summary Report #. 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: COKA9HDXM Site Location: 2615W GRANT LINE RD, TRACY, CA <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />11/03/2021 Site visit on 11/3/2021 in response to complaint received for diesel leakage at PRESTO <br />dispenser 2 which was reported to get on complainant's sweater and concrete. On <br />site met with manager, Hakimi VVais who walked with Kristina Saetern and Ito <br />dispenser 2. The hose at dispenser 2 was observed to be leaking. Diesel fuel was <br />observed on the hose leaking from the breakaway nozzle and dripping down onto <br />the concrete. An active drip was seen from the bottom of the hose onto the <br />concrete. A small amount of diesel was observed on the concrete approximately <br />less than 1 cup. Staining was observed around dispenser 2. Upon observing the <br />leak, Hakimi and facility staff changed the breakaway nozzle, hose and hand <br />pump. Dispenser 2 was authorized for diesel to test the newly replaced parts for <br />leakage. None was observed. The diesel around the dispenser was cleaned with <br />absorbent sand. The absorbent sand was placed back into their absorbent sand <br />container for reuse. The replaced nozzle, hose and hand pump will be picked up <br />by Northwest Pump for repair and reuse.
